High Level Infrastructur Status

Incidents will be resolved promptly with 24/7 expert monitoring and self-healing mechanisms to ensure maximum uptime. This section shows services directly impacting the functionality of Trooper.AI GPU Servers.

  👷‍♂️🛠️ Improving Work on the SSL Proxy in February – We are going to rewrite the SSL Proxy and bring it to the next level! This can let to unexpected downtimes from 2 to 10 minutes.

Second Level Services Status

Our second-level services are proactively monitored, regularly checked, and optimized. Dedicated experts are available Monday through Friday to resolve any issues. These services are important for day-to-day work with your GPU Server and do not directly affect GPU Server functionality.
