Backups and Snapshots
Trooper.AI prioritizes the security of your data. We automatically create snapshots for all customer machines, ensuring a high level of data protection when you rent a GPU server with us.
- Machines on monthly plans receive complimentary backups with a 3-day interval.
- All other machines can enable weekly backups free of charge via the actions menu.
- Shorter backup intervals are available on a subscription basis, deducted from your prepaid account balance monthly.
Your GPU server is secure in our data centers.
Backup Schedule
Your machine will be backed up according to the interval defined by your plan or subscription. The initial backup will be initiated after the machine has been running for at least one minute past the scheduled interval. Subsequent backups will be created automatically if the latest backup is older than the defined backup interval.
Manual Backups
Backups can be requested at any time; pricing is determined by server size. Please consult our support team for specific pricing details. This function is accessible via Actions > Backups within your machine dashboard.
Restore
Restore a backup through the Backups menu under “Actions”. Please be aware that restoring will result in the loss of any data created since the backup was taken.
